Senior Research Fellow Job Description Carry out research work in related fields Undertake communication work with think tanks, experts and scholars at home and abroad. Required Qualifications Relevant background in Management Science, Operations Research, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics and other disciplines, applicants with a cross disciplinary background are preferred. Obtaining a Ph.D. within 3 years, or obtaining a Ph.D. before entry, fresh Ph.D. graduates are preferred (the basic requirements for the defense of a Ph.D. thesis must be met at the time of application); applicants should be no more than 35 years old. Has excellent innovation research results, has published high-level academic papers in the first-class academic journals of the subject as the first author or corresponding author, has ability or potential to deliver high quality research, and has ability to write research reports in styles accessible to academic audiences. Appointment Terms The annual salary is about 400,000 RMB (before tax), including basic annual salary (not less than 250,000 RMB), five insurances and one fund, housing allowance (6,000 RMB/month), etc. Appointment to this position will initially be made on a fixed-term contract of three years, and one-term contract can be renewed for a maximum of 6 years.
