The biennial International Conference on Cybernetics (CYBCONF) provides a premier international forum for researchers and practitioners to report the latest innovations, summarize the state-of-the-art, and exchange ideas and advances in all aspects of Cybernetics. Apart of the main track it includes special sessions and plenary talks by invited eminent speakers.
CYBCONF-2019 is organized by University of Chinese Academy of Science (UCAS), sponsored by IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society (SMC), and supported by IEEE SMC Technical Committees on Social and Economic Security and IEEE Systems Council Analytics and Risk Technical Committee. CYBCONF-2019 will be hosted in Beijing, the capital city of China and provides the county with a central base for education, medicine, religion, commerce, and culture. This year, Cybconf2019 will be held in conjunction with the annual meeting of the "Institute of Intelligent Decision-making of China, committee of Management Science and Engineering" and the annual meeting of the "Systems Engineering Society of China-Service Systems Engineering Branch"
Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers to CYBCONF-2019. All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore. The authors of selected best papers will be invited post conference to extend their contributions for special issues of prestigious journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Industrial Management & Data systems (See the SI page), IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (See the SI page) and Transportation Research Part E.
